Sally's Art
The Art House is decorated throughout by distinctive and unusual works of art created by Rob and Sally McDonald.
The gallery below shows some examples of Sally's recent mixed media pieces. Some works are available for purchase with prices ranging from £75 to £400 each.
Sally trained as a display designer at Medway College of Design in Kent. Since moving to Skye in the late eighties she has worked as a painter and decorator until opening Art House with Rob. Over the last few years, she has been painting on canvas instead of walls, drawing her inspiration for colour and texture from Skye's ever changing and dramatic landscape.
